When will I receive my order?
Your order is very important to me. Please note that due to incredibly high demand sometimes an item may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. However, most of the time products will arrive a lot quicker, just be aware fulfilment and delivery is out of my control. So you do not need to worry if your order does not arrive next day! *This doesn’t include a 2 day processing time.

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
I do not sell my customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up, also to send newsletters of promotions and coupons for discounts.

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on my site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes before you place and order or once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by me. I am not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What if I provided wrong address?
It is the responsibility of buyers to enter the shipping address correctly. I do my best to speed up processing and shipping times, therefore there is a very small time gap to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please email me at colin@rudefunnymugs.com as soon as you place your order. I will do my best to make the change, however, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which I am able to do so.
